department extrusions
The process of pulling clips aluminum relies on the principle of the extrusion process ,
a process for the formation of industrial aluminum extrusion products long passage
accidental constant along the product .
And to do this an aluminum Billet is heated in an (Billet oven ) .
its temperature reached to a temperature extrusion .
In ovens qualified to this target which reach to its temperature in twenty minutes ,
and achieve its needed temperature . And this to reduce the resistance
of aluminum to deformation ,so the aluminum reach to plastic state not liquid
state that is needed to achieve extrusion ,then after heating process the Billet is
put in a container . ( cylindrical container ).Where the template is placed on one end,
and the ram pays the Billet towards the gap of the template on the other side Pressing tool
which provides the power necessary for the extrusion process depending
on the direction of the cylinder as the main horizontal through the mode
of operation hydraulically, and because of its pressure ,the ram is payed into the container,
so the pressure process and inventories of aluminum Billet ,
between the template and the ram are completed .
The aluminum could not come out of the container because of force but through the slot .
which takes shapes (forms) that are different according to the form of the desired product ,
and so (there by ) it forms as a desired profile.
This extrusion process is completed on the table piston .
The profile is cooled and strained using tor big evidence positioned on the beginning
of the table for cooling and to improve the profile ,
and its characteristics it subjects to mechanical strain . After the profile is cooled
and strained by mechanical strain it is cut according to desired length .
That commensurate with the rest of department of the company .
The profile produced are placed in baskets prepared specifically for these products
to address the heat treatment in an oven aging to improve the mechanical quality time ,
and temperature , which completed in aging process that specifies
the mechanical properties of a profile .
